A mix of the best parts of an EXTREMELY hard to find original soundtrack for an anime called “Sakigake Otoko Juku”. It was out in 1988 and was made by Nitta Ichirou. It’s actually the soundtrack of it’s first (and only I believe) animated motion picture, not very well known either.
